Before -kinda after-Updated 4/26/07 Here is the soon-to-be Healing House. 1464 21st Ave. Seattle. Built in 1905.

The purpose of this house is to provide a safe place for people to get deep spiritual healing, counseled and protected as they move out in their healing. There will be 4 people living in the house that are trained in healing and deliverance and two rooms available for "patients." Our vision down the road is to bring the ministry of healing to leaders from other churches or help them when they have no where to turn with people in need.

The Miracles so far have been amazing! Our little church has raised over 80% of the 20% down payment for this house ($100K). This is the only house on the market in Capitol Hill, God saved it for us and we are getting it for $60,000.00 less than the original asking price. The layout is perfect, but the need is mighty. UPDATE!! Down payment has been made! We are in business! House is about 1/2 way done and God has supplied enough finances for renovations. Praise the Lord!

We are going to have a WORK PARTY on March 31st starting at 9:00am for all who would like to partake in this project. *It's funny that you can put the word "party" after work and somehow it seems a little better.* Thank you all for coming to the work party! It was a huge success. We had over 100 people come and serve. THANK YOU! There are two more work parties the first two Sat's of May. We would love it if you could make it. For Pictures of the work party click here

Below is a picture of each room (keep in mind these were taken when residents were still living there) and what will need to be done at the work party and afterwards. There will be a registry at Target and IKEA for what will be needed for each room if you feel led to give that way. We have no finances yet to fix up the house but are praying for God's provision to come through when we need it. If you would like to help in that way, Home Depot or Lowes gift cards would be absolutely amazing! If you want to pray for us in this endeavor, that would really make a difference as well. We NEED the bowls of heaven to spill over for this next miracle to happen. Let it rain, Lord!

Before: This is the basement. Very unfinished basement:). 1) We will put new footings in under the main supports and pour cement to level the ground floor. 2) Rebuild stairs to the main level. 3) Build walls for two bedrooms, the conference room, and a bathroom. 4) Put in a window for more daylight. This is starting from ground up, literally.

So far we have leveled out the flooring (as of today). The house is being jacked up (today). Concrete should be getting poured next week and May 5th we will host another work party joining us from people from the Leavenworth Nazarene and Centralia Nazarene and should be able to put up walls and possibly sheet rock. May 12th hopefully the mudding will be on it's way and we will be hosting another work party with people from the Grandview Nazarene church. Painting and flooring will be the task that day.
